The People that reside on this planet include all conscious living beings, meaning they are able to discern between good and evil, think for themselves, identify what makes them happy or sad, contribute their unique qualities, recognize the value of others, and exist peacefully because of their awareness of that reality. 

We the People are inspired with self awareness from birth, imbued with the gift of free will, and created from and by the ultimate source, substance, limits, bounds, essence, and origin of all things. Our existence is unique for every individual while still existing within a codependent ecosystem of cooperation, each contributing to assist with one another’s mutual needs. 

All contractual agreements require that all parties comprehend the full scope of benefits and consequences, and freely consent to fairly operate within the limits and bounds of said agreement with full transparency. Implied, or silent consent is never an option for a lawfully or legally binding agreement, and according to the laws of the land, regardless of circumstances any form of assumed, implied, or silent consent is not permitted. 

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the political bands and binding agreements that have connected them one to another, and to assume the powers of the earth, the separate, unique, and equal station of the Laws of and the Source of all nature requires that they should declare the reasons that have caused the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all People are created free and independent, that they are imbued by their Source Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. 

These rights are innately present in everyone from the inception of their birth by Source, and can not be removed by any individual or entity. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among living beings, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, meaning that any group of living beings organized to act in the best interests of the People, the Planet, and the individual are servants to the Public, informed or other, and only have the power to influence the organization so long as the People allow and endorse it, and said organization is responsible to accurately represent the concerns and decisions of the People on any matter in which said body of Government is involved. 

Whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. 

When a long train of abuses and usurpations is manifest by the acting fiction of Government, with clear intentions to establish a ruling class of subjugation placing the People under despotism, it is the Peoples’ right, and responsibility, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guardians for their safety, and the security of their freedom. Such has been the patient sufferance of the people, and such is now the necessity which empowers us to alter our former systems of government control. 

The history of the present Order, which is a history of abuse, neglect, murder, and ignorance, had the objective to establish an absolute tyranny over the Countries and the living souls that reside therein. 

To prove this, let facts be submitted to the world in complete transparency. The Order has refused to enforce or abide by Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. The Public, in this case, refers to the collective of conscious living beings regardless of their status as otherwise defined. 

The Order has forbidden the Peoples’ representatives to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance for the good of all living beings, and has instead implemented control mechanisms to manage the lifespan of the People, never allowing them to thrive, or exceed in their own abilities without submission to oppressive mandates, codes, and ordinances. 

The Order has withheld essential scientific and historical information to sculpt the Peoples’ beliefs, comprehension, and actions in a manner that has been destructive to individuals and groups who trusted the integrity of the acting Government to provide essential information in an accurate and honest manner. 

The Order has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing the People into compliance with the Order’s measures. The Order has manipulated every election to create the illusion that the votes of the People decide who would represent them as a member of the Government, while at the same time, hand selecting the most obedient candidates as representatives of their own interests rather than those of the People. 

The Order has ruled with absolute indifference towards the well being of the People and with utter disregard of the qualities most important to the People. The Order has endeavored to prevent the population of the world from uniting around common values, by dividing groups, lands, and ideals with the creation of false religions, threats of war, and racial divides that do not exist naturally. 

The Order has obstructed the administration of Justice by refusing to enforce penalties for the violation of laws equally, according to the crime, regardless of social status. The Order has made judges and lawyers servants to a secret order that only serves the best interests of the Order and does so at the expense of the People, acting in the Order’s interests rather than as the unbiased judges and representatives of lawful matters. 

The Order has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent, cause, or approval of the People. These same standing armies have been used to wage war when there was no need or purpose to do so, other than to increase the holdings, control, and resources of new lands for the elite hierarchy of the Order. 

The Order has made the Military independent of and superior to, the Civil power. The Order has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to the laws of the land, with imposed mandates and policies that violate the laws of Nature, giving our power to the foreign power of pretend legislation over the nature endowed to us from birth and all that maintains the natural balance of the Earth. 

The Order has tracked us and prevented us from prosperity by their judgement as to whether or not we were worthy or allowed to be wealthy based on our willingness to submit to their oppressive and perverse version of government. The Order has imposed taxes upon us without our consent or even the explanation of how our money has been used. The Order has deprived us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury. The Order has raped and murdered our men, women, and children, and has harvested, sacrificed and sold us into slavery for their profit or entertainment. The Order has taken away our identities, Sovereignty, and our freedom by abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering our fundamental freedom and the forms of our Government that were charged to uphold these rights.

 The Order has replaced our free will, suspending our own laws and authority to self govern, by declaring themselves vested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. The Order was charged with the safe guardianship of the People and all that it means to be one of the People, but instead weaponized information, resources, medicine, and all manner of things to wage war against us, and within our communities causing divisions amongst our friends and allies, while presenting falsely that they were using these same weapons to protect us. The Order has polluted our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our People just to blame the People for the conditions of the world’s environment. 

The Order has for centuries used armies of mercenaries to act as weapons of death, desolation and tyranny, utilizing cruelty, malice and deception, making it impossible for the People of any territory to feel safe or live peaceably. The Order has incited domestic insurrections amongst us, using media propaganda as a weapon to divide People against one another by gender, age, race, religion, and ideology. The evil ruling class, often seen as the ruling elite of the Order, are tyrants, unfit to be the rulers of a free People, or to continue to hold any level of authority whatsoever. The Order has consistently failed to honor contracts and their expiration, to abide by and enforce the laws of the land as understood by the People, and to cease an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. 

We therefore denounce any and all previous contracts, covenants, treaties, or agreements of any kind that we the People once held with the Order or any of their associated entities by any other name that function as an extension of their operations or under their governance in any way. We, therefore, the Representatives of the People of Earth, by Authority of the good People of these Countries, solemnly publish and declare, that the People of Earth are free and independent, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the Crown and the Order, that all control of any kind is ordered immediately dissolved, and that as free and independent People, we have full power to create peace, form alliances, establish commerce, protect our freedoms, defend our rights and responsibilities to live free and independent lives without limitation so long as we do not do so at the cost of other People with the same rights. 

RESOLUTION OF ONE ACCORD

LAW OF THE LAND

Herein explained are the laws of the land governing planet Earth in accordance with Natural Law by which all life abides. They are universally essential to maintain life in harmony with our coexistence on this planet, affording all living beings the opportunity, direction, and support to thrive. All laws, codes, statutes, and ordinances for every territory on the planet, whether on, above or below the surface must operate within the parameters of these Governing Bylaws. 

Any statute, code, ordinance, mandate, binding agreement, or rule of any kind, in force prior to or on July 5th, 2021 which violate, or allow for behavior which violates the contents of this document are void, meaning these statutes, codes, ordinances, mandates, binding agreements, and rules are unlawful to enforce and that no one is bound by them. 

Any statute, code, ordinance, mandate, binding agreement, or rule of any kind that will be ratified in the Hall of Records whether now or in the future must abide by the contents of this document. No statute, code, ordinance, mandate, binding agreement, or rule of any kind, will be ratified into law or recognized by the Hall of Records if it is not in agreement with the Natural Laws as defined within the text of this declaration. 

These laws will be enforced by the Global Intelligence Agency and Life Force Enforcement as the highest level of ratified law enforcement on the planet as recognized in the Hall of Records. The Global Intelligence Agency and Life Force Enforcement have jurisdiction and authority over every Military, Intelligence Agency, and Law Enforcement structure that currently exists or will exist in the future. Life Force Enforcement operates under the direction, supervision, and authority of Ground Command. Life Force Enforcement is bound to abide by, and operate in accordance with the same laws defined within the text of this document. 

FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, RIGHTS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These are rights that all living people are imbued with from birth, and therefore no individual or organization of any kind has the authority to violate these rights. These rights are absolute and apply to all Peoples that cohabitate on, above or below the surface of Planet Earth. As recognized Sovereign Beings we are responsible for the impact and consequences of our conduct, attitude, and demeanor. Our rights are our responsibility to maintain, uphold, and honor. 

1. The Freedom to live without restrictions or limits on what an individual is allowed to pursue, accomplish, or experience so long as their path does not intentionally or irresponsibly cause harm. 

2. The Freedom to observe, participate, appreciate, and learn from and about our own energetic connection beyond the observable physical world. This is inclusive of religious freedom to worship or explore “God” in whatever way we see fit so long as we do not harm others in our practice. 

3. The Freedom to create, build, sculpt, and organize anything we can imagine so long as it doesn’t harm others. 

4. The Freedom to express the truth, as well as our opinion, ideas, visions, discoveries, and plans in any way we choose without fear of repercussion so long as our expression is not intentionally malicious or causing harm to others whether emotionally, energetically, or physically. 

5. The Freedom to create and maintain life. 

6. The Freedom to access and utilize the resources of the planet for the act of creation, sustenance, and comfort, in a manner that does not cause imbalance to the natural ecosystem of the planet. 

7. Every living entity has the right to live with the expectation of security and safety of their person and their assets. 

8. Every child has the right to innocence and an honest education, and it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to respect the rights of the child. 

9. Every living being has the right to privacy, or to live a life without interference into personal matters or be subjected to unlawful surveillance. 

10. Every living being has a responsibility to respect, assist, and protect the common interests of the planet and its cohabitants within a reasonable cost to their own well being. 

11. Every living being has a responsibility to participate in community within the limits and bounds to which they are comfortable or willing to contribute. 

12. Every living being has a responsibility to be educated and informed as to the nature, function, and implementation of self-governance, the direct impact of decisions made for and by the collective, and to share pertinent information that may have an impact on the final decisions of the group. 

13. Every living being has the right and responsibility to live as a Sovereign Individual, exercising authority over their own affairs as a free and independent person while in the pursuit of happiness. 

14. Every living being has the right to be informed, and the responsibility to inform others in a manner that is comprehensively recognized by both parties as an accurate depiction of the consequences and benefits, whether actual or potential, before a decision is made to participate or not without consequence. 

15. Every living being has the right to travel without contingent violation of other fundamental rights. 

UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES 

1. All life is sacred. Malicious acts against any living thing are not permitted. Any action, condition, operation, or function that intentionally inhibits, damages, shortens, or disables the natural operation of someone else’s life for frivolous purposes is prohibited. 

2. Materials that are poisonous or which create toxins or mechanisms cannot be used to change the structure, purpose, or function of the water, food, soil, or air. 

3. Weapons of mass destruction cannot be manufactured, or used anywhere on the planet. 

4. Medicine cannot be weaponized to control the growth of the population or for any other reason. 

5. Organizations established to control the population cannot exist or operate on this planet. 

6. Corporate structures, governments, or any form of control structure that acts as a proxy to make decisions for the interests of a specific population must operate in respect to the limits and bounds of the fundamental freedoms, rights, and responsibilities defined within these bylaws. 

7. Slavery for any purpose and in any form is not permitted. 

8. No public message deemed essential for a group or individual to make informed decisions is allowed to falsely represent factual data including the deceptive usage of operational definitions not commonly understood by the audience receiving the transmission. 

9. The financial system cannot be used to enslave, control, or harm humanity. 

Operational Definitions as they apply within the text of this document and any lawful information ratified in the Hall of Records now and in the future.

Child: A Child is an individual between the stages of birth and puberty or a person younger than the age of majority. 

Citizen: Formerly used to designate “slave,” from here on describes a permanent sovereign resident of Planet Earth. \

Individual: An Individual is a single Living Entity, Living Being and Sovereign Being capable of independent existence. 

Common interests of the planet: are the issues, matters, resources, acts, words, and ideas that are common to all living entities, living beings, sovereign beings and Planet Earth itself. 

Community: an organization where the daily life of each individual member involves contact with and dependence on other individual members. Taken together, the wide variety of tasks performed by members within are an attempt to ensure that social and economic needs will be met in a stable and predictable way. 

Education: the act or process of imparting or acquiring knowledge, developing the powers of critical thinking, reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life. Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. The outcome of Education is an Educated Living Being. 

Guardian: a person who has been appointed by a court or otherwise has the legal authority (and the corresponding duty) to care for the personal and property interests of another person. 

Living entity or living being: an entity that is self aware, sentient (aware of feelings and sensations) and conscious. A Living Entity or Living Being is an individual that draws its life force energy to exist from the ultimate Creative Source. 

Mankind: meaning all People, or specifically, all living, conscious beings. 

Minor: an individual under a certain age, usually the age of majority, which legally demarcates childhood from adulthood. 

Organization: An organization is a collection of individuals who are Living Entities, Living Beings, and Sovereign Beings. An organization can be understood as a social system which comprises relationships between Individuals. 

Order, or The Order: the collective reference to any and all secret societies, positions, individuals, entities, structures, corporations, associations, fraternities, or any other group that held authority, rule, or dominion over the governments, finances, military, or other beings held in bondage on this planet. The Draconians, Annuanake, The Dragon Families, Order of the Black Sun, Rothchilds, Rockefellers, Li Family, etc. 

Parent: the caregiver of his/or her offspring. 

People: refers to all conscious living beings that reside on, above or below the surface of the Planet Earth. 

Planet Earth: The third planet from the Sun in this solar system. Planet Earth is a Living Entity with its own consciousness. 

Public: in this case, refers to the collective of conscious living beings regardless of their status as otherwise defined. This term is used to describe “the whole” or the entire body of people. In terms of this document it also refers to information that is available outside of reasonable boundaries that would make something private, such as a home. It in no way refers to a select group or a government body, and cannot be used in any official text or statement to imply otherwise. 

Sovereign Being: a conscious, living being residing on, above or below the surface of Planet Earth having the authority and responsibility for their thoughts and actions. 

Travel: the movement of people between distant geographical locations.
